What is even stranger is the someone over on Nachi is claiming that CanNachi has taken and I quote:
"There's a difference between having an agreement and just conveniently taking the work from someone else without permission/approval - such as the CanNACHI application form, the National Occupational Standards, and the list goes on."
Strange, I was looking at PHPIO's complaint form on their website and its a exact duplicate of OAHI's complaint form. Don't you love it when the pot calls the kettle black?
Simply amazing!
Considering public money was utilized with Nat. Cert. those documents (NOS) which were created along with CMHC assistance and Human Resources Canada, I would hardly think the copyright issue has much merit. And given that its a National Standard supposedly "reasonably aligned" with CAN P9 requirements which "reasonably aligned" doesn't mean much.

Well Ray, as you know when it comes to the OAHI, CAHPI, PHPIO, NCA, ET AL, what is sauce for the goose is not always sauce for the gander. I guess that the author of the quotation is trying to diminish the accomplishments of those at CANACHI in an effort to make their own failures not look too bad in comparison.

Please note that the BPCPA is now known as Consumer Protection BC. Any information you may require about CanNachi in British Columbia may be found at the following link.

BCIPI has their own standards in place. They don't even mention National Cert. on their website. So much for one unified standard across the country.
