I think Marcel is bitter, he just got his NC, only to find out its meaningless. I think Marcel needs to direct his bitterness towards OAHI, after all it was they who defaulted in payment and ... well... its called the domino effect.

how long does it take to process anew member application, I faxed mine in a week ago

usually a week to check out information and a couple days to process the cards and certificates
